Oh ya, for sure. But often people do so because they're so excited about the stream and the game and quite a bit of streamers know this, so they ultimately may be okay/lenient with it. And sometimes things happen such as say the streamer asks a rhetorical question and the person doesn't know it was a rhetorical question. Sometimes it's an honest mistake.

But you know what's even worse? Targeted harassment over something silly like a mistake in this regard, unfortunately that can happen too.

Timing's weird. Someone made a mistake responding to a rhetorical question not knowing it was rhetorical in a stream yesterday where some gtx0ers were. But the streamer was totally fine with it and that was made clear later after certain gtx0ers left. It's a little strange isn't it?

Hilarious. I know what rom hack that's from. I'm sorry you're this petty.

I love watching people play video games, sometimes more than playing myself.

And strongly resist the urge to be a backseat gamer, somehow.

I have multiple friends (edit: originally typed fiends, which also fits) who play games like Skyrim / Fallout in a way I consider maddening - saving before *any* conversation with any NPC, and resetting constantly to test out every dialogue route possible to pick the one they want. A single NPC can easily take 10+ minutes to move on from when the game is played like this, and it's extra frustrating when dialogue routes A & B are *clearly* going to be similar and C is the obvious quest-log choice.

Instead of being a backseat gamer, I just like to complain about it for fun and not watch them play these games because oh my god. I'm too impatient for it.

I watch some streams, mostly speedruns that I don't have the ability to comment on and be a backseat gamer for lol

So I take it you have played the last promise? Do you think Kelik is a badass or a cringy 2edgy character?

Look at me trying to make conversation after this. Weee.

My goddaughter would sit in my compadre’s lap while he was chessing against his PC and ask on every turn, “are you going to move your (insert chessman-type here)?”
(She was earlyish single digits. Probably younger than 7.)
He’d usually just say “yes” or “no” until a few moves before the end.
I always thought it was a good way for her to learn chess from him.
At the very least she got to practice the names of the pieces!

Badass

I see... I can respect that considering I see it as a mixture of both. As for Tibarn... I'm more of a Naesala person but he could be cool too.
