Post game music that makes you emotional or almost cry due to the context

This version of this song gets me every time because of what I understand as the context. But the song itself strikes me as sad enough even on it's own. It is the game's main theme song, but this version gets me in this sense where the original does not.

THe one that effects me most is the SaGa Frontier one, to be honest. hearing that they were remastering it blew my mind. It is, in my opinion, one of the most underrated jRPGs ever made.

Spoilers for those who haven't played Undertale yet. Don't know how to use spoiler tags, if those even exist here, else I would have used them.

The last theme you hear in Undertale after you've cleared the True Pacifist Run and you're allowed to explore the whole of the Underworld again -- and the credits theme as well. To explain a bit further, Asriel reminds me a lot of my dad, who passed in 2014; my dad and I were incredibly close, and seeing Asriel's fate at the end of Undertale was like watching my dad pass all over again...and seeing how Toriel and Asgore have been taking his and Chara's initial deaths was like watching my paternal grandparents go through hell all over again. Asriel is one of my favorite characters of all time, because he's literally exactly the type of character I invented about a million of as a kid, and exactly the type of character my adult furry self loves and cherishes.

As well, the end credits theme of Mario Party 3, because it takes me right back to my childhood, my blessed, magical childhood. So does all of that game's music, but the end credits theme is a bit more special to me than most of that special soundtrack because I've since arranged it as a piano solo entitled "Baby, Why" which encapsulates the magic and yet the brevity of childhood.

Legend of Zelda OoT and Windwaker are the biggest ones. TP is good too.

In terms of this generation, I guess the Xenoblade games?
